As health and healing practitioners, many times our own daily health and fitness routines get lost in our focus on clients, family and others. This course introduces Chinese Qi Gong (Energy Work) fundamentals and a series of exercises you can use daily to maintain your health and balance and, at the same time, improve your ability to focus on clients and others. Learn simple exercises for immune system strengthening, marrow and organ washing and cleansing, energy balancing and Qi cultivation. Probably the lesser known of the two major taiji ruler sets to have survived to present day. This ancient Taoist qigong set helps us gather qi to enhance our health and merge our qi with the original qi of the universe to achieve vitality and longevity.
