Cultivating Qi is one of the most widely known yet least practiced arts in the Qi Gong practitioner's repertoire. Standing Post, Zhan Zhuang, Pile Standing and Standing Meditation (all different names for the same process) are simple techniques for building and cultivating our life force energy (Qi) and can produce profound results in our overall health and well being.
